   The SOP Directory is a Notion template built to help you to write, organise and share Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in one place.
   
   It doesn't include prewritten SOPs for you to use. However, there are example SOPs included as inspiration.
2. What is Notion?
   Notion is the all-in-one workspace app where you can think, write, and plan.
   
   Capture thoughts, manage projects, or even run an entire company — and do it exactly the way you want.
   
   This SOP system is a template built for Notion.
   
   After your purchase, you'll get a link from where you can duplicate the template directly into your Notion workspace.
3. Why use Notion to store and manage SOPs?
   Tools like Google Docs or Word cover the writing part of SOPs, but they fall short in so many other ways, such as embedding media like videos or flow charts, have no way to track the development of new SOPs or remind you when the documents need reviewing.
   
   Custom SOP software is often too complicated with unnecessary features for small businesses and the charges every month can be expensive.
4. Do I need to be on a paid Notion plan to use this?
   Not at all. You can use all the features of this template without a paid Notion plan.
5. What happens after I purchase?

   Of course. Templates are meant to be customized to your own needs, so after duplicating you can and should edit it as much as you like.
